Growing up as an only child, I couldn’t wait to become a babysitter. I remember so vividly turning 13 and getting my red cross childcare certification- I quickly became the go-to babysitter and nanny of my neighborhood. As a daughter of a special education teacher, I’ve always loved working with children. Now as an adult and recently starting a Master’s program in Social Work, I’d love to get back into childcare in my free time. Along with my nighttime classes, I work in the mornings as a surgical technician. With my experience in healthcare and BLS certification, I feel confident in my first aid and emergency response skills. I’ve always had a knack for childcare and would love to work with you!
