Hello! My name is Ayanna Hasselberger, and I’m passionate about providing loving and attentive care to children while fostering their growth and development. With four years of experience as a Teacher Assistant with Y Maryland Head Start, I’ve worked closely with children of various ages and needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). This role taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and the value of education in a child’s life. In addition to my teaching experience, I have a strong healthcare background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), and I’ve worked as an ER receptionist. These roles strengthened my organizational skills, taught me how to handle high-pressure situations with compassion, and instilled a deep sense of responsibility for others’ well-being. I also enjoy engaging in community leadership. During my time at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), I was actively involved with Read more the Student Programming Board, organizing events and trips to help others develop personal and professional skills. I love bringing this same energy and enthusiasm into the care I provide as a babysitter.
