I'd describe my personality as calm, nurturing and process driven. I like working with kids because I love to see their facial expressions when they learn something new. Amanda is wonderful with our young boys. Promptly arrives on time and very communicative. The boys were very comfortable with her from the very beginning and my oldest ran and hugged her the second time he met her. She ensures she handles the boys in ways that we would like so there is consistency. She also handled situations with my youngest when he was testing the boundaries. She also provides great feedback on how their time together was.
