Hello, my name is Nancy. I recently graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies from CSUMB. I want to become a kindergarten and elementary school teacher because I would like to work with children individually to help them overcome specific learning challenges. For many years, I spent weeknights, weekends, even holidays at several organizations volunteering. These experiences exposed me to childcare and I soon felt a passion for teaching and working with children. I had the privilege of volunteering at an early age which allowed me to gain trust from the children on a more personal level because I was someone they could connect with. I am thankful to have had the experience of teaching others in a variety of different circumstances and environments. If it wasn't for these experiences I wouldn’t have found my passion for teaching. Feel free to reach out to me!
