It is with a bittersweet heart that I write this review for Debby, who has been more than a nanny to our family since for the past two and a half years. Debby has become an indispensable part of our lives, particularly in the development and nurturing of our son, Neev since he was only 6 months old. From the outset, Debby embraced Neev with a warmth and dedication that is rare to find. Her approach to childcare goes beyond the conventional; she is deeply caring, attentive, and has an innate ability to connect with children at their level. Debby has been instrumental in supporting Neev's every aspect of physical and mental development. Safety has always been Debby's priority, and under her vigilant supervision, Neev has never experienced injury or harm. This peace of mind has been invaluable to us as parents. Moreover, Debby has been incredibly accommodating and diligent about attending all of Neev’s medical appointments, ensuring that he receives the necessary care and interventions without delay. Feeding a picky eater like my son can be a challenge, but Debby has handled this with creativity and persistence, introducing him to a variety of foods and making mealtime an enjoyable and educational experience. Her efforts have significantly improved Neev's eating habits and overall nutrition. Debby's commitment to Neev's growth extends beyond basic care; she incorporates STEM activities into his daily routine, fostering an environment of learning and curiosity. She has enriched Neev’s life with arts and crafts, baking, and a variety of engaging educational experiences that have contributed significantly to his cognitive and emotional development. Beyond her professional capabilities, Debby has shown an immense capacity for empathy and kindness. She has become a cherished member of our family, someone we trust implicitly and respect deeply. Since we are sending our son to preschool, her departure is a significant loss for us, but we are grateful for the immeasurable impact she has had on our lives and especially on Neev’s development. Any family would be fortunate to have Debby as part of their children's lives. She is not only a superb nanny but a wonderful person who brings joy, safety, and learning into the homes she enters. We are deeply thankful for her time with us and wholeheartedly recommend her services. Please feel free to reach out to me for any questions you may have regarding her experience with her.
