At 25 years old I’m still understanding and learning more about myself and others! I care about the development of all the kids and hope I can play a strong role model figure when children are in need of care. I’ve always been the DBS! Designated Baby Sitter since I was 10. I started getting paid to babysit at ages 17-19. At age 20+ I started getting full time and part time babysitting positions. Last year I had gotten into Military base childcare working at the CDC, caring for youth ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I learned so much about motherhood, sleeping and feeding cycles, incorporating fun into learning, different avenues for when a child is fussy, angry, sad, or silly. Though I’ll admit it can be difficult for me to discern whether to take a left or right, sometimes the scenic route is nice and brings new Read more sights and memories to everyone riding along. In other words, childcare is a learning process and each child is different in how they need to be treated. I hope to allow parents new insights and guidance opportunities if they feel a new approach to their ideals is necessary. I still have much to learn, so I am grateful for a new opportunity to learn better ways to care for children, help them advance in they’re passions, and feel loved and safe! I’ll be my best to respect your child’s individuality and learning curve while balancing that with how you want your child to be raised.
