Ryans helped in so many capacities he feels like A personal assistant at this pt but he started watching my daughter when she was 11 months. He also helps a w our 2 dogs. He's dependable, calm, takes initiative when he notices something could use a little attention. It’s not every time, but every so often—without asking or making a big deal out of it—he’ll step in and do something thoughtful. If mail/paperworks piled up he’ll tidy it into a neat stack, or he’ll load the dishwasher, etc. Those little acts always seem to come at just the right moment. And what’s great is he does it respectfully --no overstepping There are people in life where you’re never quite sure "what their deal is" but w/Ryan, what you see is what you get, in all the right ways. He’s consistent and refreshingly straightforward. You don’t have to second-guess him or wonder about hidden motives. He’s one of those genuinely good people who just wants to do his job, do it well, and go home to relax (probably with some Pokémon). That kind of steady presence is rare and invaluable. I also want to mention: when I first hired Ryan, his profile had a lot of amazing reviews that made the decision to work with him easy. Some account issue happened and all those reviews were lost and he had to start over completely. That’s the only reason I’m writing this—bc. he still brings the same level of care, thoughtfulness, and reliability, and he absolutely deserves to be seen for it. If his old reviews were still up, I know more people would recognize just how lucky they’d be to come across such a stellar candidate. For now he's flying under the radar/hidden gem ....I highly suggest you call him while he's still working back up to a Normal profile w reviews on here
