I have always loved working with children because of their curiosity, creativity, and the joy they bring to everyday moments. Babysitting allows me to build meaningful connections with kids, support their growth, and create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel heard and valued. My journey in childcare started at 17, babysitting for my younger cousins and siblings. In June 2022, I began volunteering at the SU Child Development Lab while in school. By January 2023, I transitioned into a full-time role and continue working there today. I have experience with working with ages from infant to 10 years old. I also have experience in styling children's hair, including braids, twists, retwists, and more. I am CPR and first aid certified, experienced in children’s hygiene and potty training, and can assist with homework and early learning.
