I am current junior in college with a genuine excitement about being around kids. Although I am new to professional caregiving, I taught swim lessons to children for four years in high school. I taught children from infant age to pre teen which gave me valuable lessons about creating a fun environment that also focused on learning and growing skills. Through this I saw kids experience many first emotions as it was many of their first times swimming which helped me learn how to approach kids in a variety of emotional situations.
