Hello :) Do a lot of your favorite memories tend to be from childhood, when we all joined together to entertain ourselves, through mere imagination and usually with the aid of nature? My favorite memories stem from moments such as the final bitter end of flash light tag or the end of bicycling because it was too dark to see. Today I find my best friends are with those who I can be silly with and who also motivate me to bask in nature with them. For me there is nothing comparable to nature to rest the mind and rejuvenate the soul; it is clarity itself. With responsibilities and distractions we lose that ability to be outside as much as adults but I believe most children crave the outdoors. We should encourage this love of nature and play in nature to help them grow and develop a care and connection Read more with our earth; I believe this will help them to develop calm, even-tempered minds. Children are growing up in a very influential age; there is a vast sea of outside factors that overwhelm not only children, but persons of all ages. I believe the best remedy is to take a break and be outside or at least be able to gaze outside to regain focus and calm. I would be a wonderful fit for your family for an array of reasons. One, I love children, they really are my heart and I enjoy how high-spirited, honest and curious they are about the world. Two, I have a lot of previous childcare experience including being an au pair in Germany and Italy, being in charge of an after school ESL childcare program, teaching in India and helping raise my little sister and little brother when I was younger. Three, I am very easygoing, patient, dependable, friendly, outgoing and I love animals so I am willing to love and care for your pets as well. Fourth, I am an encourager to leave worldly distractions through nature, exercise, creative activities and meditation which I believe helps guide children in a directive yet, gentle way. Finally, I have a degree in acting from West Va. University with a Spanish and Sociology minor so I believe I can help diversify the lives of children through theater or any kinds of arts as well as perhaps being able to help them learn some quality Spanish speaking skills.
