I’m Gabby and would love to be an extension of your family. I have been a nanny for children ages 3 months- 12 years old and have been in the childcare field for awhile. Prior to nannying, I was a preschool teacher for almost 3 years. Also, I taught English abroad to children and young adults for 2 years and had an amazing experience. Working with children has been my passion. I’ve worked in retail, summer camps, church groups, and volunteered in hospitals throughout my life as well. I grew up a military brat so have been exploring the world since birth and thoroughly enjoy every opportunity to travel and take in new environments and cultures. I also realize the importance of having that exposure at a young age and really appreciate the tolerance, flexibility, and zest for life it taught me. I graduated college with a degree in psychology Read more which has helped me have a better understanding for the development of children. I have been living in the Raleigh-Durham area for awhile and outside of work, try to stay active as much as possible. My hobbies include hiking, painting, singing, writing, and cooking which I love to incorporate in my lessons with my students as well.
