Hi! I was a nanny for three years in Hungary for a wonderful family with two children aged 6 and 8 when I started. This was from 2012 to 2014. I was in the Marine Corps for five years during 2006 to 2011 and before that, I was a nanny for families in Parkland and I worked at Chesterbrook Acadamy for 1 year in Coconut Creek. I worked with mainly 2 to 4-year-olds while at Chesterbrook but also in the infant room. While I was in the Marine Corps, I volunteered at an elementary school in Virginia focusing mostly on keeping the students active and physically fit in an afterschool program. While in Japan, I volunteered with many groups teaching Japanese elementary students English and working at a local special education school. For all of 2018, I part time nannied for a family with a 2 year old girl and Read more 4 year old boy. They moved back to Miami and the drive became too hectic. Starting the end of 2017 and present, I babysit for a family with two children occasionally. I have worked quite often with special needs children. Aside from being raised with my sister who has cerebral palsy, I used to nanny and babysit for children that were autistic as well as dealing with cystic fibrosis. I occasionally babysit for a boy that is diabetic and have assisted with giving him his insulin. I really enjoy spending time and caring for children and helping put a family at ease, knowing their children are well cared for. I am Emt certified in Florida. Therefore, I am cpr certified. I am currently going to school for vet tech. I am very comfortable with pets. I have two dogs of my own and currently dog and cat sit. I work full time from home but make my own hour, so very flexible.
