Hello, my name is Shannoa and I’m a Mom and a Stepmom with over 20 years of experience. I started babysitting as a young teenager and then became a daycare assistant. But I quickly had to take the lead role, doing 90% of the work because my friend/boss came out of remission battling breast cancer. It was for 9 children under the age of 5, including 2 babies plus, in the afternoon we had 3 after school kids. It was a GREAT learning experience, hard work, but so rewarding and endearing. The children we care for as Nannys end up feeling like extended family and as they grow we never forget them. I am currently looking for part time work, 2-4 days a week.
