I am a sophomore in college and find that working with children is very rewarding. I enjoy having a positive impact on the children in my care and make it my number one priority to provide them with a fun but safe experience when they are in my care. I love finding new things to do with the kids and have so much fun planning activities and crafts for us to do during our time together. I started babysitting when my best friend had a little sister starting in 2020. Back then she was on oxygen as well as a heart monitor so I understand what it is like to care for a child who may require extra attention and care. I also have experience as a volunteer cheer coach working with girls ranging from kindergarteners to fourth graders. My volunteer experience gave me the opportunity to babysit many of Read more the cheerleaders outside of coaching them on a weekly basis. I have experience working with elementary aged children as a volunteer at my church back home! These babysitting opportunities led me to find employment with a daycare during my senior year of high school until now! Although I am in college I still help out at the daycare when I am home for breaks.
