My name is Tye Diener and I come from a medical family, father a PhD pharmacist and mother PhD nurse practitioner. I come from a big family with 2 older brothers (6+8 yrs older) and a younger sister who was born with spastic cerebral palsy. Also, I worked 10 years with animals; dogs, cats, and exotics in the veterinary field for 8 years and familiar with handling, body language, and care. I grew up aiding my parents in my sister's care since I was 5 yrs old and have learned nurturing nursing care and aid from my fabulous mother who adores her job. My father demonstrated the strength of patience, hope, and always keep an open mind and heart. My sister influenced my family to become skillful in special needs care from daily routine (with and without post/pre surgical procedures) to special education. I took babysitting classes starting at age Read more 12 and my mother guided me through lessons learned and practiced on my sister. Through babysitting I became a ABA (applied behavioral analysis) teacher for young autistic children. I was a lifeguard for a couple of years and mainly taught swimming lessons and learned how to perform CPR from newborn to adult. I enjoy being active being outside, not one who likes to sit and watch TV the whole time. I do like to bake a lot so that's one fun time activity I enjoy with kids (sometimes baking is more fun with kids) and I clean up any mess we would make and family keeps treats. I see myself as a controlled "big kid", I enjoy sharing my favorite childhood memories and activities with everyone and believe you're never too old to have fun like a 5 year older. I called it " controlled" because I am professional and very respectful of grounds and morals of parents. As your babysitter I will always be honest and demonstrate good manners and moral values. Any instructions given are respectfully accomplished. I am here to help parents balance out basic needs: work, hobbies, self, family, and significant other. I am more than happy to help with senior citizens, pets, and minor housekeeping (I clean to keep myself busy if kids are asleep). I am willing to do overnights but availability may be limited and possible with discussion. I do take public transportation but that doesn't have any affect on my punctuality of need of transportation to or from a location. My availability is more flexible with further discussion, I am a person who is always open for negotiation. Hope to hear from you, thank you.
