Michele worked for our family as a nanny when our daughter was 1-4 months old. She was doing the night shifts 3 times a week. From the beginning, she showed a lot of experience with small babies. For example, she can feel the gas passing down the belly. She was always gentle with the baby and had high standards for child safety. She always came prepared with her notes to record the feed and diaper change. She does some light housework too. She kept the nursery clean and organized. I highly recommend Michele. I will hire her again if I have a second child.

If you are lucky enough to get an opportunity to hire Michele don't hesitate...hire her!! She is the most amazing person in all ways. She drove my young tween/teen kids to and from school for a year and in addition to being extremely reliable, honest and easy to work with, she was a wonderful positive influence on my children. She's got 2 of her own (now grown) and really understands what kids need, how to handle any situation and how to put your mind at ease that your kids are in good hands. We would have loved to keep her but sadly she is moving away from Atlanta now to be close to family. Would hire her again in a heartbeat if she ever comes back!!

Michele is absolutely wonderful! Our daughter loves Michele. She is very creative and energetic with our 3-year old daughter, great with communication, respectful and on-time. She is a great addition to our family.
