DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. She claims she will show up and she doesn’t. she has excuses to cancel and even when you confirm she doesn’t show up. Unprofessional and horrible communication.

The sitter Deanna took the background checks we paid for, got the badges on her account, accepted our job, and then didn't show up today. She committed this morning that she would be here at 2 PM and would bring her vehicle record check results. She didn't show up, and when we messaged, she didn't respond. At 5 PM, I asked her if she found something else and she confirmed that she had. This broke our trust. It would have been fine if she hadn't accepted the job even after we paid for her checks, but for her to accept and not show up, and not communicate with us felt terrible. I hope she gets a sense of how we feel and that lying to us about coming when she didn't have the intention to come is not ok.
