I have over 4 years experience working directly with a family as an in home nanny but my work in childcare goes back all the way to my first job in 2005 as a childcare worker at casas Church. Working with kids of all ages is my passion. I'm very organized and have a hard time just sitting still. If I see that something needs to be done I take the initiative to get it done. I’m looking to work full time and based on my experience level I’m seeking to make around $18-$22 hourly rate.
