I love being a sitter because I love connecting with kiddos, learning how to best meet their needs, and supporting their growth as humans! I've been babysitting since middle school (I'm now in grad school at the University of Pittsburgh for nutrition and dietetics), and I've also spent the last few summers as a camp counselor. In my free time I like to make art, cook, play music with friends, hike, and rock climb. I enjoy sharing these activities with the families I work with. I've had training through previous work and school on positive behavior change strategies and creating structure and clear limits with kids and adolescents. I also have a good understanding of child development and how that informs behavior. I'm looking for a sitter jobs starting as early as May 12th, both as needed and reoccurring. I'm comfortable working with ages 0-15 and with up to 4 Read more kids at a time.
