  • Comfortable with pets

Hello! My name is Shauna. I just came back from teaching High School ESL in Thailand. I graduated from the University of Oregon in the field of social science. I have worked with kids of all ages for a decade now and have experience as a camp program manager, taking care of hundreds of children. My style of behavioral management is creative, empathetic, and consistent. I have led workshops on effective behavioral management for hundreds of camp counselors. I can provide support and activities regarding academics, guitar/music, art, dance, field trips, cooking, pet care, and chauffering. I am also interested in housesitting, plant keeping, traveling, and more. I find it so rewarding to positively impact children and watch them develop into incredible people.

Shauna showed up on time with a great attitude and was very engaged with our toddler who had a blast playing and dancing with her.

My kids had a wonderful experience with Shauna right away. She is sweet and fun and you can tell she has a lot of experience with children. I was able to leaving them with her for a few hours in the evening without any concerns. I also appreciate her communication during that time and the pitcures of my kids having fun.
