Hello! My name is Midori and I’m a passionate and nurturing caregiver with 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. I believe in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment where children can thrive and explore their interests. I have a background in child psychology from UNC, and have worked in the clinical field with children for the past 3 years. I specialized in applied behavior analysis therapy which involved working with kids on the autism spectrum through in-home and in-clinic services. I also own my own swim lesson company where I spend each summer working with kids in the water, helping them grow swimming skills and confidence. My experience with kids equips me to support children’s development through play, creativity, and learning. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures, and I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.
