Hello there! My name is Karisa and I am looking for opportunities to care for children ages 1-10. I have worked as a volunteer Sunday school teacher for 3-5 year olds during my junior and senior year of high school. As a junior in college, I worked as a nanny for two families, one with 3 children under 4 and the other with two children under 4. After graduating, I worked for a little over a year at an Reggio-inspired early childhood education center where I was a teacher 2 year olds. I believe in treating all children with patience, gentleness, and respect. I feel so much joy whenever I am teaching and learning from children and I would love to be able to work with your family!
