Hi! I’m Kaylen — a big sister turned seasoned caregiver with a heart for helping and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. As the eldest of six, I’ve been in the caregiver role for as long as I can remember, and over the past 10+ years, I’ve turned that natural instinct into a passion-driven profession. I’ve worked with kiddos of all ages — from newborns to middle schoolers in many capacities (preschools, in-home nanny, short-term babysitter), and I recently supported children with special needs as a behavior technician at an autism health clinic. I bring patience, joy, and a lot of love into every space I enter. I’ve spent years in administrative roles, most recently as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager.
