Hello Parents. My Bio will say my name is Ramira but I actually prefer to go by Sarina. I am a mom to four children, two boys and two girls. I've been blessed. My profession is actually in full cycle accounting with a focus in Government but I am taking some time away from the busy office life in order to spend more time with my two baby girls whom are autistic. I do have some free time while they attend school in the mornings/afternoon and I am willing to help out any parents out there if you provide flexibility. I am a true believer in the old saying, 'It take a village' so here I am to help. Because of my daughters special needs, I have grown to have plenty of patience with children.
