I am a local of 10 years working in professional mental health, looking to get back into childcare. While I work full time for my position, my schedule provides 5 days per week that I am fully open and available. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology and extensive experience caring for children. Throughout my studies, I mostly worked independently nannying and sitting, 7/+ years on/off. During one of my graduate internships, I provided academic, social, and emotional support for children and adolescents K-12 through an after school program part of Denver's Public Schools. My experience here included tutoring various subjects, individual and group therapy. My nannying/sitting experience has included light housework, help with homework/tutoring, outdoor activities, and driving to and from school and activities. My responsibilities have included entertaining the kids, taking them to parks, for bike rides, hikes, occasional lunches out in town, some cooking.
