Messaging with Jessica made me think she would be a good fit. She knew our house was an hour drive from her but still planned to come over and meet us. The day of the interview, the day before me needing someone to watch our daughter, she canceled and said she was no longer interested. This to me says she’s not reliable, that she waited last minute to say something.
