Hi! My name is Rachael and I have been working with children professionally and through babysitting for over 10 years. I have a passion for finding engaging, creative, and exciting activities and ways to interact with children. I have a bachelors degree in child and family development that I have put to practice in various professional jobs including Early Intervention ABA therapy, and Head Start home teaching for 0-5 year olds. I am an engaged babysitter/nanny and enjoy planning engaging activities based on developmentally appropriate practices. I believe that reading, singing songs, using pretend play, and getting outdoors, among other things, are incredibly beneficial for the education and development of young children

Rachael has been a sitter, nanny, house manager, and more for us and our 3 kids for years now. She is reliable, knowledgeable on child growth and development, and always makes things fun! Our children are older and more independent now, but we still find reasons for Rachael to come around as she is like family to us. We couldn't recommend her enough! She really knows how to engage with children at any age level.

Rachael went above and beyond in caring for our children. She engaged them in activities and they had the best time! We felt totally comfortable using Rachael as a sitter while we were in town, and will definitely reach back out to her when we come back!
