Do your kids like adventures in nature? Putting rocks in their pockets and picking flowers? Me too. I am a 36 year old horticulturist who enjoys working with kids. I’m not the nanny who is going to sit on my phone while your kids play Minecraft all day. Kids need fresh air and exercise. I want to go for walks and play in the garden and look at bugs. After playing in the dirt, we can go inside (wash our hands) and throw down like Julia Child. Cooking and gardening go hand in hand. I love to prepare healthy but flavorful dinners using seasonal produce. Most of my free time is spent at my partner’s farm with his two little ones where we chase sheep, grow vegetables, and go swimming. My favorite kids shows are Bluey, Waffles and Mochi, and Magic School Bus. My favorite kids books are Anne of Read more Green Gables, Little House on the Prairie, and Happy Hollisters.
