Hello, my name is Juliana Smith! I’m 21 years old and am a senior here at Indiana University majoring in Community Health and minoring in Human Development and Family Studies. I have extensive experience working with children, having done occasional babysitting for kids aged newborn to 8 years old and teaching gymnastics to children aged 2 to 17 for the past six years. For my internship this past summer, I also spent time looking after the children of clients. I have primarily worked with newborns to 4-year-olds in all previous experiences. I bring patience, friendliness, and open communication to my role as a babysitter and gymnastics instructor. I enjoy engaging in activities that the children are interested in, ensuring they have fun while staying safe. My main responsibilities as a babysitter have included playing games, going to the park, getting kids ready for the day, prepping meals, and helping with Read more daily routines. While I do not currently have up to date certifications in CPR or first aid, I am willing to obtain them if preferred. I am fluent in English and can also offer tutoring and cooking. What motivates me most about being a babysitter is my love for children and the satisfaction of supporting parents, whether they need to work or simply take some time for themselves.
