I became a caregiver because I’ve always loved taking care of people, especially children and pets. In middle school i started out volunteering at pre schools and elementary schools to read and spend time with the children there, such as Green castle elementary school in silver spring Maryland, and Hiltop elementary school in Glen Burnie Maryland. Once i became a teenager and was educated and responsible enough to be with babies alone i began babysitting my family members and family friends babies. I volunteer time to time at my grandmothers daycare which she is a director at, in Washington DC, the children are all ages, from 6 months to 5 years old. I have cared for newborns, toddlers, and children. In high school i was in the child development program and stayed with the children for lunch on top of having it as a class, i enjoyed getting to knowing Read more them and spending time with them.
