Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I love working with kids, and plan to make it a career. I have worked with kids either as a family babysitter or for pay since I was about 15. In that time I've developed a love for watching kids learn and grow. I love helping children learn more about the world and themselves; whether it's reading books together, playing, or helping them try new foods for the first time my goal is always to help them explore their world in a safe and healthy environment. As far as education/certifications, I have a Bachelors of Science in Child Learning and Development, CPR certification, first aid certificate, an Arizona food handling certification, and of course a drivers license. My most recent job was at a daycare up in North Scottsdale where I was the assistance instructor in Read more the early 2s classroom. Although that was my main job, over time I worked in every classroom with kids from newborn to six years. In the past I also ran after-school programs for elementary schoolers and nannied for several families who had kids from six months to three years. I have experience with both one on one, and groups of kids. Right now I'm in grad school, so I have a flexible schedule. I'm looking for something part time or on occasion that won't conflict too much with my schedule. I am also ok with overnights. Thank you again, and have a great day!
