Alyna is incredible! She is always giving 110% with our 1 year old daughter, keeping her engaged in all things. She asked all the right questions upon starting with us, and even asked how we liked certain things done around the house, to ensure that she was helping out in the best way possible when cleaning or doing little tasks. She is mindful of our routines and always keeps note of the timing of things and gives us plenty of information about how our daughter does each day. She brings such a happy energy into our home, and our daughter loves her! She's the best, we are still working with her and definitely will continue for awhile! I highly recommend her for babysitting.
