I have been with kids for a pretty long period of time, enough for me to know how they're feeling. If they want you around or not and so on.I really don't like when children are sad or when they cry so I'll do everything within my power to keep them happy like tell stories, listen to them, indulge in their games, help them with home works to the best of my knowledge and always make time for them.
