I am a 50-year-old "retired" professional educator (was a jr. high/high school & GED teacher as well as an adult education director for a local university). I very much enjoyed my 30 years in education, but I am in a new and beautiful season of life simply taking time to enjoy life after 30 years on the "hamster wheel" juggling working and raising my children! I have three adult daughters (two married- one of those an accountant and one a former teacher now staying home with my first grandchild, and my youngest is a senior at University of Evansville). I am loving spending time with my new grandson and helping out my daughters when needed! My husband is a retired high school teacher/coach! :) I took from January to now "off", but I registered on this "sitter" site to simply see if there was any way I could bless a Read more busy family now that I am free to do what I truly enjoy doing (caring for others outside a demanding FT job) while still able to be flexible. Your needs you advertised hits home with me as I remember the busy mornings getting my own sweet girls ready for school before we all had to leave the house.....I loved those years! I was seamless in running my own household getting up well before the girls to get my own self ready and to have everything of theirs ready to roll before I got them up (I was and am an EARLY BIRD who thrives in early mornings). My goal was for us all to get out of the house HAPPY and STRESS-FREE because I knew that could make or break all of our days, and setting the tone for the day was of utmost importance during their school years! :) Your needs fit perfectly with what I would love to have the honor of doing if it is the right fit for all. I love little girls (I am super at fixing hair), and I go above and beyond in all I do. I am highly organized, dependable, and first and foremost, loving, kind, and friendly. You could count on not having to worry about your daughter leaving the house with a smile in the mornings.
