My kids are 20, 17 & 15 and I've been caring for children of all ages for 25+ years. I have loved babies since I was a baby myself and that has remained true for all of my 40 years. This is a 1 star review for Courtney. Giving her 1 star would have prevented other parents from reading this review. Be aware - We booked Courtney twice: she ghosted us twice shortly before she was supposed to come. First time: she confirmed, then one hour and half before the agreed upon time she texted she didn't feel well and couldn’t come. We then decided to give her another shot and - again - after confirming for Monday at 9am she texted me at 7.47 to “confirm my phone number was correct”. After that she went awol for good. Haven’t heard from her since. Her phone went straight to voicemail; she didn’t respond to any text or email I sent her from that point onwards. I then realized she wanted to confirm my phone number just to block it: we were able to prove that by calling her from another number. In this case her phone rang just fine.
