Growing up i've always wanted to be a social worker or a foster parent because i had to help raise my 6 younger siblings that required a ton of care and patience, i realized i really loved teaching right from wrong and how to be mannered & kind to others as well as enjoy school and learning, figuring out what you like and dislike and as well as finding fun ways to help around the house and picking up after yourself. Growing up is hard and i enjoy making it a bit easier! As far as experience I've only worked for 2 families in California for a brief amount of time (during summers) most of my experience comes from my younger siblings & watching friends and families babies/kids when needed.
