Meet Linda

  • Comfortable with pets
  • Has a car

I have cared for and raised my three daughters, and now babysit my 9 grandchildren, ages 7 to 22. After 27 years in an office setting, I am now semi-retired, but have plenty of energy to expand my love for children by offering babysitting services to your children. I am fun and creative, and enjoy bringing out a child's curiosity through games, reading, outdoor nature activities, and crafts. I believe in nurturing a child's individuality through love and encouragement. At this point, I’m limiting my childcare to ages 3 and older. I am soon to be American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certified, and have taken early childhood education classes. References provided upon your request

We have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated Linda's care for our 1 y.o. daughter! She is so kind, loving, and responsible. I would recommend her to any family!!!

Linda was fantastic. We knew she was going to be a great fit the first time she came over to meet our son and introduce herself. She recently sat for our 19 month old son. We were slightly concerned because he has only had a couple other sitters and we had not had a sitter in over 3 months. He immediately warmed up to Linda and began showing off for her. We thought he was going to cry when we left, but that was not the case. Linda was successful at putting him to bed for the night which had recently been a challenge for us due to teething and a sinus infection. You can tell Linda is a natural compassionate caregiver. She was also very prompt and professional. We look forward to having her sit for us in the future.

Linda bravely took on my 3 kids (all under 3) for a part time babysitting position. I couldn't be happier and so are my kids. They get excited when I tell them Linda is coming. She understands separation anxiety and is so helpful when I am getting out the door. When I return all peace has been restored and the house is even clean! She has handled all my children at once, accepted deliveries, dealt with my dogs and always has a smile on her face. I recommend her 100%

Linda recently babysat for our 1 year old son and we couldn't have been happier. She was punctual, friendly, and completely comfortable with our baby who is going through some separation anxiety issues. We will definitely have her back soon.

"Mommy, I had so much fun last night" says my eight year old after Linda babysat the night before.
