I have 2 children of my own, ages 18 and 15. Nearly 19 years of experience, I’ve tackled it all. I’m comfortable with babies and children of all ages. I have patience of gold. I know how to soothe children and I understand them. I have volunteered at my kids’ schools since they started. Being a mom is what I do best. I have volunteered at my church’s youth center. Working with kids is all I know. I was a cheer stunt coach for a season at a high school, I know how to handle situations when kids have accidents. I took that job extremely seriously and regarded each student/athlete as if she were my own child. I’m responsible, reliable, have my own transportation, non-smoker, love dogs, like cats but allergic to some. I am BLS CPR and First Aid certified by the AHA. I am an English speaker. My Read more schedule is for the most part flexible. My son graduated but my daughter is a sophomore in HS. Depending on my husband’s work schedule or if she can’t get a ride home might determine how long I can work albeit she does afterschool sports so it may not be an issue.
