Our daughter was born premature and we knew that we needed someone who would take excellent care of her. We interviewed many people, but little did we know what an angel we would find. Anna came to interview with us and we knew immediately that she was the one that was meant to care for our sweet baby. Anna's attention to detail and loving nature was just what our daughter needed. Anna is a loving, compassionate and trustworthy nanny. Our daughter has special needs that require Anna to keep record of all feedings and to administer some of her medicines. Anna has provided the care and love that a premature baby needs. Anna is always on time, she stays later in the evenings if we need her, and she works with our schedule. Anna has been willing to learn our daughter's physical therapy routine and she does therapy with our daughter daily. Anna plays with her and reads to our daughter daily. She is a hands on nanny that holds, rocks and provides nurturing that all babies need. Anna has attended multiple doctors’ appointments, and has even taken our daughter to an appointment when we were working and could not be away from work. I am a RN and my husband is a Major in the Army. We trust Anna completely and would never hesitate to have Anna keep our daughter an extended amount of time or overnight. We now consider Anna a part of our family. We will be moving to another state this summer and we want Anna to have a family that will appreciate her. Anna is kind, caring, loving, nurturing, and the perfect nanny to care for any baby or child. We were so fortunate to find Anna. Leaving your child with someone for the first time is a very scary process to go through. When we met Anna for the first time she instantly developed a bond with our daughter. We knew she was the one and never regretted our decision. Anna has been great caring for our daughter over the last year. We both have ever changing schedules (last minute early and late meetings) and Anna has been very flexible with her time and never had an issue with coming early or staying late. She has worked with our daughter teaching her, taking her for walks and just having a good time. I work from my home office some days and when I do I love that I hear so much laughter coming from the two of them. Our daughter is in love with Anna and it is going to be had to say goodbye. We decided to enroll our daughter in school for the socialization aspect. We felt that she needed to be with other kids. The time our daughter has spent with Anna over the first year of her life has been wonderful. Anna provides her with the one on one attention she needed during that first year to help her develop mentally and physically. We know all parents say they have the smartest baby ever and we do the same thing but I give Anna a lot of credit helping develop her skills. Besides her primary role of care giver to our daughter Anna takes care of a lot of other responsibilities dealing with our daughter so when we do come home from work we can spend the time with our daughter and not need to worry if there are bottles made or if she has clean clothes, just to give an example.
