I honestly can’t speak highly enough about Tracy. She has been a lifesaver for our family, and we are beyond grateful for the time she spent with our children. I work from home, and my husband travels frequently for work, so having reliable, compassionate help with our two little ones (a 3-year-old daughter and a 1.5-year-old son) has always been a top priority. Tracy stepped in and became so much more than just a babysitter—she became part of our family. Tracy has this incredible, natural ability to connect with children in a way that few people can. Our kids absolutely adore her—every time she arrives, their faces light up with excitement, and it’s clear how comfortable and loved they feel in her care. She has an amazing balance of fun and structure, which kept our kids happy, engaged, and safe. Whether it was reading books, playing games, or just spending time outside, she always knew exactly how to keep them entertained and content. When my mom entered hospice, I unexpectedly became her full-time caregiver and Tracy went above and beyond by stepping in and even helping care for my mom on a few occasions. That level of compassion, kindness, and reliability is so rare and shows just how deeply Tracy cares for the people in her life. It’s also worth mentioning that Tracy and her wife have their own small baby and a foster child, so it was easy to trust her with our own children, knowing she has experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to care for little ones. Unfortunately, Tracy recently relocated, otherwise, we would have loved to keep her in our lives forever. She truly is a gem, and anyone who has the privilege of working with her in the future is incredibly lucky. I trust her completely, and I am so thankful for the care and support she has given our family.
