Hi, I'm Aileen! I’m a 22-year-old babysitter who brings a fun, energetic, and nurturing presence to every home I work in. I absolutely love connecting with kids, making them laugh, engaging them in creative play, and being a supportive and consistent figure they can count on. I balance this playful energy with a strong sense of professionalism—I’m great at setting boundaries, keeping routines on track, and ensuring children feel safe, respected, and cared for. Babysitting has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up helping care for my younger siblings for as long as I can remember. From summer breaks to after-school routines, I was the go-to caregiver while my parents worked. Over the years, that role expanded to include many of my younger cousins, whether it was spending full days with them, taking them to and from school, or helping with homework and evening routines. These Read more early experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and just how much I love being a supportive presence in kids’ lives. My background includes a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I have previously worked over two years as a Registered Behavior Technician at an autism center, where I worked closely with children ages 2–11 on the spectrum, helping them build communication, social, and behavioral skills through structured interventions and play-based learning. I’ve also worked at a private special education school with K–12 students with developmental disabilities, where I learned the importance of individualized support, patience, and adaptability. Currently, I’m a substitute teacher across three school districts, working with general education and special education students K-12. I’m also in grad school, earning my master’s in School Counseling at Fresno Pacific University—so working with kids is not just my job, it’s truly my passion and career path. I love bringing everything I’ve learned into my babysitting, from behavior strategies to emotional support techniques. I’m happy to prep small meals or snacks, help with tidying, and support routines like homework, bath time, or bedtime. Whether we’re building Legos, crafting, running around outside, or chatting about their day, I aim to make every moment positive and meaningful. I'm dependable, communicative, and always keep parents in the loop. If you’re looking for a babysitter who’s kind, fun, experienced, and knows how to keep things playful & structured, I'd love to chat!
