I am a recent college graduate from VU Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, I have 6 years of babysitting in two different countries. For 2.5 years, I babysat two boys who are now ages 6 and 4. Every family I have worked with has reported positive feedback from their kids, recommended me to other parents, and invited me back. I am happy to provide a referral upon request. I am comfortable with all household chores and grew up with dogs and cats of every breed, size, and age. My approach to childcare is based on the values of trust, empowerment, responsibility, and emotional awareness. I avoid screentime by encouraging creative, often Montessory-based, activities. I am available all days and hours and can't wait to resume nannying!
