Hi! I'd love to visit with you about your child care needs. I have worked/taught in several large childcare centers and have enjoyed my own in-home daycare. I have lots of experience with preemies & newborn infants: 2 preemies on heart monitors, a preemie who had sucking issues, a toddler with seizures & several with severe allergies, infants with fine/gross motor skill delays, bottle/binky weaning, potty training, etc. I love reading with children and we enjoy doing arts/crafts, light preschool, baking, field trips (with parental approval to local parks, pet stores, etc.), go for walks, indoor/outdoor play, dramatic/free play, etc. I love-love-love the curiosity and excitement for life that a child has!!!! My CPR/First Aid & background check are current and I can provide you with excellent references from parents whose children I have nurtured and cared for (several pharmacists, nurses, a therapist, etc. etc.). Many of the kids I Read more once cared for who have graduated to kinder garden & on still ask to go visit "Miss Elaine", and I appreciate that these busy parents make it a point to keep me in their children's lives.
