Hello everyone, my name is Romy Carballo, I’m CPR certified, I have been a nanny for 5 years and here I share with you a little about how I am at my job: I have taken care of babies from 3 months to 6 years old, I like to teach them to speak, identify shapes, letters , numbers and colors; potty training. The tasks I perform as a babysitter are keeping the baby's room/play area tidy, bathing them, feeding them, preparing snacks, washing their bottles, doing their laundry. Now I will tell you about myself, I have been a babysitter since I was 16 years old, I like to spend time with the babies playing, singing, dancing and teaching; because children are a joy for life, I am very responsible with my duties at work and very transparent to communicate, my first language is Spanish but I also speak English; Read more I will be very happy to be part of your family as a nanny.

Romy has been the full-time caregiver for my daughter (age 1). She's wonderful! Patient, responsible, reliable, careful, likeable, and dedicated to teaching good manners and something new each day, not to mention how to communicate in both English and Spanish. She's professional and sets good boundaries that my daughter respects with no fuss (she's doing better with this than I am myself) and clearly experienced with babies and toddlers. I spoke with her other references prior to hiring her; they also raved and hoped she got the job. I would not be writing this review for fear of losing Romy to another family but I am leaving town. I hope Romy provides me as a reference, so and I can tell you more about her incredible work, including--something I appreciate anew every morning--she's never late. She also uses any downtime to do a little extra around the house which is so tremendously appreciated, and never leaves a mess behind. We have never regretted hiring her and frequently find ourselves marveling at how good she is. At the end of the workday, I consistently get a happy baby in an organized room, ready to start a nice evening. Good luck to whoever is reading this with your search. I cannot recommend Romy highly enough.
