I was a state certified teacher for 9 years before I decided to stay home with my 4 children. Once they hit kindergarten I decided to homeschool them. I really enjoyed that but then I had some health issues and couldn’t devote enough time to the education of my children so we enrolled them in traditional school. By the time I was healed they were already established and didn’t want to leave their friends at school to go back to homeschool. 😊 I continue to homeschool my two younger children and I work at church in our children’s ministry both in the nursery and our youth discipleship program Awana. While in high school I nannied for a family on the weekends for three years. In college i worked as a certified nursing assistant and then after college a teacher! I love working with people and especially children! I have years Read more and years of experience. I even worked at an orphanage in Guatemala for a year! I really enjoy working with children because they teach me so much. They are precious gifts and not to be taken for granted.
