Hello! My name is Reilah and I am a 25 year old Arizona native! With a mother who has worked in early childhood education for 30 years, I am no stranger to caregiving and child development. I have been babysitting since the age of 12 and have cared for over 10 families and their little ones. In 2022, I received my nursing degree from ASU and have been working in psychiatric nursing for the past 3 years. I have recently made the decision to take some time away from nursing and return to my passion of child care. I am CPR/BLS certified and have 2 years of lifeguard/swim instructor experience. I offer a range of interests and skills that aid in providing countless hours of child entertainment/enrichment. Education has always been a priority and I am able to assist with homework/reading needs. I have been in competitive sports for 15+ Read more years and appreciate teamwork, fresh air, and physical activity. I am proficient in the water and am able to offer swim lessons to any new swimmers starting at 6 months. I enjoy dance, music, and art in any and all mediums and encourage imagination and self-expression. I am able to assist in light household work including but not limited to tidying, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I find joy in getting to know each child individually and learning their likes/dislikes and unique personalities. Not each child learns, listens, and thinks the same and I strive to meet each child's needs! I am an enthusiastic and reliable caregiver with over 8 years of experience working with children from infancy to 14 years old. I am very organized and with an emphasis on attention to detail, I am able to manage multiple schedules. I have a caring personality and sense of humor that I bring to any work environment. I pride myself on my professionalism and respect to any and all families that welcome me into their homes!
