Hello My Name is Ginny It still shocks me to this day how young I was when I started watching kids. At age 9 I became a mothers’ helper and it just grew into a little business of babysitting at 11 and on to being a nanny to present day. I love kids whether it’s teaching them to rollover to tying their shoes. Kids are fascinatingly fast learners. I enjoy singing songs, reading books, going on adventures, arts and crafts, swimming, bike riding, walks, parks, splash pads, pools, play board games etc. I can teach kids how to tie shoes, counting, abc’s. The reason I love my job is because I get to be a kid all the time. I get have fun running around, watching them grow and figure things out. Or when have I taught them something and then they are singing that song or accomplishing the monkey Read more bars which I had been practicing with them over and over and finally they figure it out. I always tell I child to say I think I can and to believe in themselves. I am not a huge screen fan. I rarely allow it. Possibly if they’re sick or if it’s a rainy day situation. I love being active with kids. I go the extra mile. If I see something that needs to be done I do it. If the kids are sleeping I will do the kids laundry and put it away, some times even organize the toys, start the dishwasher and put them away of it’s completed. If I see something that is broken or chain needs to be untangled I work on it. I am problem solver. If there’s a ripped book I’ll tape it back together. I love what I do. I am the nanny that plays with the kiddos. I will take them to open gymnastics and chase them around. This past Wednesday I was watching 4yr old she started playing with 2 other kids and I was chasing them and they were chasing me. The parents were loving it because all they had to do was sit and watch while it tired them all out. I have a 2025 Honda Pilot and car seats/boosters I am looking for a 8hr+ during the week days and 4 hour minimum during the week nights and or weekends. I love working so the more hours the merrier!
