I have been working with kids for over 8 years now and have been a full-time live out nanny for the same family for almost 2 years now. I currently take care of their 4 month old and have been taking care of their 2 year old since he was 3 months of age. I drive the children to and from their classes, set up playdates, network with other nannies and au pairs. I do the children's laundry as well as light meal prep for them. It's not a part of my responsibilities but I tend to help a lot with the dishes and light house keeping. I keep a clean home myself, so I do the same for the families I work for. I don't do extensive cleaning, usually the families have all had a cleaning service, but I help keep everything tidy.
