Hello! I am Nataly, a recent college graduate. I went to West Valley College, located in Saratoga, California. I was born and raised in California but decided to continue my education across the country, now being in Virginia. I finished my education journey at Norfolk State University, located in Norfolk, Virgina. I’ve always had love for children so when I decided to take the path of babysitting, I couldn’t wait for my first day! When I was younger and back home, I cared over both my nephews so I had it going from a very young age. Since I was about 15 years old, I started working in my church’s nursery which include a couple hours with the 3-4 years old and then get switched to care for the newborns- 1 years old for another hour. Quite the sunday schedule! During my high school years, I volunteered with the YMCA Read more on their Camp Campbell site and was a cabin leader of the 4th and 5th graders. Absolutely loved that volunteer work and if I could, I would definitely do it again. As for more recent years, I had the opportunity to work along older kids (8-13), including some that were on the spectrum. I love caring over any child because i’m there to help them as much as they help me. Working with kids has dramatically helped with learning to have patient and keep good time management. I continue to learn and grow along with them.
