Greetings, Thank you so much for your interest. Let me start off by sharing some basic information about me. I have been watching children since I was 13 years old. I have always been the oldest in my neighborhood and just accepted the role. In my Freshman B.A years I started watching a sweet boy with ADHD and that’s when I fell in love the with ABA. While I was in college he was my full time job. I went to class while he was in class. I put him on the bus in the mornings and waited for him at the bus stop in the afternoons . I cooked for him, taught him how to clean, gave him chores on the weekends and after school. We would go to the park and we spent a lot of time building legos. Who knew I was a master builder! I enjoyed Read more his company and I learned his ways. I believe that children are little adults and as we try to shield and protect them it is also important to let them explore safely while giving rewards, consistency and structure. When he moved I graduated and I started my masters program. Afterwards I moved to CLT from a small Amish town in Pa. Since I’ve been here I have been certified as an RBT and now I am currently employed as a behavioral therapist with adaptive learning children. I handle strange and unusual behaviors and I love it! I am currently getting my BCBAs and the cost is tremendous. I am looking to gain some extra cash while still doing what I love! Welp that’s alil bit about me.
